These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and Goal26 Entertainment Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (Company Reg. No. HE 458921), with registered office at 14 Themistokli Dervi, Nicosia 1066, Cyprus ("GOAL26", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the GOAL26 sportsbook platform (the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to participate in online sports betting under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive, or are suspected of fraud, collusion or money-laundering activity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses

Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet address displayed in the Wallet section. Deposits are credited after manual confirmation by our finance team. Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you provide. Promotional bonuses (including the +50% deposit bonus available until 20 June 2026) are subject to wagering requirements and may be revoked in the event of abuse.

4. Betting Rules

All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified except in the case of an obvious pricing error or match abandonment, in which case bets may be voided and stakes refunded. Settlement is based on the official final result as recorded by GOAL26 administration.

5. Responsible Gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. You may request self-exclusion or deposit limits at any time by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Cypriot law, Goal26 Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
